What factors determine the cost of embroidery ?
The size, amount of embroidery,
quantity, media to be sewn onto (badges, tee- shirts,
towels, socks) and colours.
- How
many colours can you embroider ?
Normal orders up to 5 colours,
there is a small up-charge for each additional up
to a maximum of nine.
- What
is your delivery lead time ?
Generally, 3 days for sampling
with a sewn up sample for approval. After approval,
within 1 week for small turn-arounds (500 numbers
and below). For larger quantities calculate at 300
numbers per day.

What type of artwork is needed ?
Your artwork should be Camera
Ready. In printed, electronic or existing embroidered
item. Others include decals, letterheads, name cards
and computer print-outs.

How do I get my colours correct ?
Most would provide us with
Pantone Matching System (PMS) numbers. Otherwise
you could use our on-screen colours for guide and
during sampling stage, meet up with us to choose
the correct desired colours on the Madeira Thread
Chart.
- What
computer files do you use ?
We use Adobe PhotoShop and
CorelDraw for all our designing needs. We accept
files in formats like: cdr, pcx, bmp, jpg, gif,
tiff, eps, ai, pdf and psd.
- Can
you do artwork for me, if I provide a sketch for
you ?
Yes, we charge S$50.00 for
artwork (non-refundable) with printout and diskette
inclusive.

What if I want you to digitise and have a sewn-out
sample only ?
Yes, we do this all the time
for clients who does bulk production outside country
and want to ensure the embroidery program and colours
does not go wrong. Price ranges from S$50.00 to
S$300.00 with diskette and sewn-out.

If I have a rush job can you accept the order ?
Yes, we handle about 3 to
10 rush jobs a month. Rush job is defined as sampling
by tomorrow, and delivery the next or following
day.

What are your payment terms ?
Regular dealers are given
credit 30 days. Non-regulars are given 1 week (post
date cheque 1 week upon collection of goods is acceptable).
New customers will be payment with advance 50% deposit
and balance Cash on Delivery.

Do you provide tee-shirts, towels, socks, bags and
so on for embroidery ?
Basically, we are a dealers'
based company providing a one-stop embroidery centre
for re-sellers and middlemen. Therefore, we prefer
not to be involved in the sourcing of the 'Product'
namely because of wanting to stay neutral and unbias
to stockist and servicing customer's different expectations
of quality(eg. colour, fabric, sizes, styles and
personal preferences) should be left to the professionals
which is the resellers. The only 2 items we provide
as a whole are Caps and Neckwear (ties,scarfs and
bows).

You claim to be a Dealers' Domain, explain ?
We are a registered government
supplier for embroidery and uniform accessories
to the Army, Air Force, Navy, Police, Prisons, National
Police Cadet Corp. and National Cadet Corp. These
are heavy duty jobs with large quantities and high
specifications. In this respect, we tender and quote
directly to compete. As for commercial work, it
is a new challenge we have embarked on since 1998,
we have done well with dealers and resellers, we
have no intention to deal directly with commercial
clients of the Gift and Premium Business. Once in
a while we do get calls from end-users. In these
cases, we take down their particulars and enquiries,
and refer the call the our regular dealers.
