You claim to be a Dealers' Domain, explain ?

We are a registered government supplier for embroidery and uniform accessories to the Army, Air Force, Navy, Police, Prisons, National Police Cadet Corp. and National Cadet Corp. These are heavy-duty jobs with large quantities and high specifications. In this respect, we tender and quote directly to compete. We are also the resident embroidery house to The Singapore Scouts Association and The Singapore Girl Guides Association.

As for commercial work, it is a new challenge we have embarked on since 1998, we have done well with dealers and re-sellers, we have no intention to deal directly with commercial clients of the Gift and Premium Business.

We have a solid base of 150 and more dealers and re-sellers all based in Singapore. We also work with a whole network of wholesalers, golf pro shops and clubs, collecting embroidery related orders for the golf fraternity.

Once in a while we do get calls from end-users from our participation in exhibitions and advertisements. In these cases, we take down their particulars and enquiry, and refer the call to the respective dealer/re-seller who last serviced this end user. We have a very comprehensive billing and tracking system which identifies the date, job, price, quantity and logo embroidered. Therefore when we search our billing database against the end user enquiry, the dealer’s name will appear and we will contact them about the enquiry.

This is all made possible using STARR MANAGER, our own proprietary web based intranet software to handle the jobs and database required to keep customer satisfaction at it’s peak all the time.
